Syntax: delete <password>
 
1) Manual Deletion:
   The delete command is used to erase a character, freeing up its name for
   future usage. To ensure that you have delete voluntarily, you must type 
   in your password along with the command*.
 
2) Automatic Time Deletion: 
   Unless they have a DONOR flag, inactive characters will be perodically
   deleted, based on their level and last usage. Although this occurs on an
   irregular basis, you can expect characters to be deleted if they are:
 
    * under level  3 and unused for over 1 month.
    * under level 30 and unused for over 2 months.
    * under level 70 and unused for over 4 months.
    * level 70 or higher, and unused for a year or longer.
 
   For the purposes of time deletion, remort levels do not count.
 
3) Restoring Deleted Characters: 
   A deleted character may be restored by a senior-level immortal, provided 
   that its name has not been used again since deletion. Be aware that
   chests are lost in the process of deletion and cannot be recovered.
    Houses/shops will not be restored.
 
4) Recreating a Character:
   Recreating too soon after deletion may result in lower stats.
 
5) Please Note:
   * If you would like to say good-bye, use the chatter board for public
     posts. Otherwise, they will be removed or transferred accordingly.
 
   * Deletion is not to be a means of escaping things you do not like
     about your character (marriage, bad status, etc). If you recreate
     within a month, these things will be set back onto your character.
     Generally positive things (good status, homes/shops, etc), however,
     will not be set back.
