Master Hunter Killian Tagnik'zur, King of Antrippa!

As a devil prone to doing and saying whatever is needed to accomplish his 
goals it is hard to pinpoint his "true" personality. However there are some 
commonly observed tendancies that vary little through out the years. 
 
This devil tends to be rather eccentric and vague when conversing with 
others. He is just as likely to go into some wild story of which only he 
knows the point as he is to directly answer a question. Like most devils he 
is fond of deals (weighed heavily in his favor) and manipulations that 
serve his purposes at the time. As devoted of Matreya he is commonly 
interested in what others fear, how it effects them and why they have it. 
Control is also a driving factor in his life and everything he does if if 
examined closely can often be seen to follow a very controled direction. 
 
While he will adjust his personality to fit the situation he is in, it is 
easy to tell he has an affinity for order and a disdain for chaos. This 
some have theorized relates to his desire to exert control over everything 
and everyone he can. He is generaly infuriatingly vague and will make a 
joke sound as serious as statement of a fact, making it hard to judge his 
intent by tone. 
 
He also has an affinity for experiments, It is not uncommon he will infact 
make new creatures simply to observe how they handle their new existence. 
His favorite experiments to discuss are ones that involve himself and if he 
opens up about them he can go on for hours about every aspect of them. 
 
When conversing with others he will slightly adjust his voice to match the 
accent of the region he is within. It's unknown why or if this is even 
intentional. When at home his accent is of an unknown origin and it has 
been observed on occasion he can to some extent communicate with animals. 
How or if he even can do this is something he'll neither confirm or deny. 
 
He seems rather fond of teaching people he sees worth the effort to play 
with, as most often mortals are simply toys to him. The preferred lessons 
are the ones they do not wish to learn but he believes they should. 
 
It is also alleged that Killian has other personalities that reveal 
themselves when he takes another form or magical disguise. If questioned he 
will likely avoid the subject entirely. 
 
He sees adults under the gods protection as less then people generaly. 
There are always exceptions but this is based on knowledge of their choice. 
When it comes to tresspassers, He only really has an issue with the 
protected ones and those who become a headache. When either are encountered 
he'll rush them off accordingly with little else said.
